In a standout performance at the Hoophall Classic on January 18, 2025, Bryce James, the younger son of NBA superstar LeBron James, achieved a career-high by scoring 16 points. His contributions were pivotal in leading Sierra Canyon to a 60-46 victory over Grayson High School from Georgia.
Bryce's impressive stat line included four three-pointers and an explosive dunk, showcasing his offensive versatility. In addition to his scoring, he recorded five rebounds and four steals, earning him the Most Valuable Player (MVP) honors for the game.
LeBron James expressed his pride on social media, posting on X (formerly Twitter), "Bryce James going crazy in the Hoophall Classic right now! Flame  thrower." His wife, Savannah James, also shared her excitement on Instagram, captioning a video of Bryce's MVP celebration with, "Yyeeeeaaaahhhh!!!"

This performance comes shortly after Bryce James announced his commitment to the University of Arizona on January 1, 2025. Standing at 6-foot-4 and weighing 190 pounds, Bryce is regarded as a three-star prospect and is ranked as the 47th shooting guard in his class.
Bryce's continued development and recent achievements suggest a promising future in basketball, as he follows in the footsteps of his father and older brother, Bronny James.
