We followed dynamic guards Jasai Miles and Mason Lee for a day to showcase their intense training regimen. Their day started at 8 AM with a plyometric and conditioning workout under the Miami sun, followed by a recovery session in the pool. Afterward, they hit the weights for strength training before heading to a basketball workout from 4 to 6 PM.
