ITF (The International Tennis Federation)

The International Tennis Federation (ITF) is the governing body responsible for overseeing international tennis competitions and promoting the sport on a global scale. Established in 1913, the ITF collaborates with national tennis associations to organize and regulate various tournaments, including the Davis Cup for men and the Fed Cup for women. The ITF also plays a key role in the administration of the Grand Slam events alongside the ATP and WTA. It focuses on developing and implementing rules and regulations, fostering grassroots tennis initiatives, and supporting the growth of the sport at all levels.
