Description: The Pro Volleyball Federation, introduced in November 2022, emerged as a groundbreaking professional women's volleyball league aimed at providing American players with the opportunity to compete at a high level domestically while ensuring a livable wage. The ambitious venture gained momentum as the first franchise was awarded to a group set to bring a team to Grand Rapids, Michigan. In a notable development, singer-songwriter Jason Derulo announced his ownership of a team based in Omaha, Nebraska. Additional markets, including Atlanta, Georgia, and Columbus, Ohio, were subsequently revealed. The league's expansion continued with a 2025 franchise awarded to a group led by Armand Sadoughi, set to establish a team in Dallas, Texas.
