The Miami Suns Youth basketball team traded their usual court for something a bit more challenging – an incline bridge. Picture this: a bunch of young ballers running up and down a bridge, working on their ball handling, and getting seriously conditioned. They kicked things off with a warm-up at the base of the bridge – stretches, light jogging, and a bit of banter. Spirits were high, and the team was ready for the grind. Now, running up a bridge is no joke. The incline made every step harder, but that's exactly what the Coach Slim wanted. As the players pounded the pavement, you could see the determination on their faces – Miami was their playground, and that bridge was their challenge.
