How it works

These are the real screens: a live organization page, a live team page, and two dashboard tools.

1. Set up

Create the organization

Sign up as Organization/League. Your public page and dashboard are ready on first login: add the logo, the bio and the socials.

2. Teams

Add your teams and rosters

One page per squad. Open Rosters, pick a team, search the athletes and drag them into order. Players without a profile can be created and claimed later.

3. Post

Post video screen: choose a highlight or full-length video format, then the team it belongs to

Post and tag

Upload a 9:16 highlight or a 16:9 full game, choose the team, tag the athletes. It shows on the team page, the organization page and every tagged profile.

4. Season

Stream, list, share

Go live on game day, list the next tryout, post the recap. Share one team link with families, recruiters and press.

What is the difference between a team account and an organization account?

A team account runs one squad: a team page with videos, highlights, albums, news and live streams, plus Post video, Go live and My Events. An organization account is for clubs, leagues and schools with several teams: it adds the dashboard with Teams, Rosters, Athletes, Videos, News, Events, Followers, Wallet and Settings, and a public organization page that lists every team.

How does tagging work?

When you post a video you tag the athletes who appear in it. The video then shows on each tagged athlete's profile, and the athlete gets an email. Athletes who do not have a profile yet can be added from your roster and claim the profile later. Tag once and the film works for the team page and every player at the same time.

Our team already has a page on BallerTube. How do we take it over?

Many team and league pages were created when their games were tagged. Find yours in Leagues, Teams and Channels, create a Team or Organization account with the same name, and email [email protected] to link the account to the page. Once linked, you log in and manage it like any other.

Can we stream our games?

Yes. Go live from the dashboard or from any phone with BallerStream: a scoreboard on screen, live chat, tips and optional admission. Save the stream when it ends and it becomes a video on the team page. How streaming works.

Can parents and coaches upload too?

Yes. Parents, coaches and trainers upload from their own accounts and tag your athletes. The organization dashboard is for the people who run the program; everyone else contributes film through their own profiles.

What does it cost?

Nothing. The dashboard, the team and organization pages, uploads, tagging, events and streaming are free. If you charge admission on a stream or take tips, BallerTube takes a share of admission and you keep stream tips minus the card fee. The full breakdown.

How does this help with recruiting?

Every game you post is tagged to the players in it, so each athlete's profile fills with full games and highlights that Google indexes under their name. Your rosters show coaches who plays for you, your news links to the athletes in it, and one team link holds the whole season. BallerTube is a place to be seen, not a recruiting service.

We run events. Can we list them?

Yes. List tryouts, tournaments, showcases and camps from the dashboard or the Events hub. Listings are filtered by sport, level and state, each one has an interest form, and every family who responds is saved for you to contact. List an event.
