The Xinjiang Flying Tigers, known in Chinese as 新疆广汇飞虎, stand as a formidable force in Chinese professional basketball, hailing from Ürümqi, Xinjiang, China. The team has earned its place in the competitive landscape of the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) and calls the Urumqi Olympic Sports Center home, where a capacity of 12,000 spectators witnesses the team's thrilling performances. The Flying Tigers' journey in the CBA began in the 1999–2000 season when they joined Division 2, later advancing to Division 1A in the 2002–03 season.
