Every SEND of the DOUBLE GAP!!! SPL1 - Men's Parkour Speed Video

Name: Every SEND of the DOUBLE GAP!!! SPL1 - Men's Parkour Speed
Uploaded: 2022-10-03T00:00:00+00:00
Duration: 2 min 24 s
Description: The most EPIC finish to a Speed Course in history! At the end of this course runners had to pass through two choke points placed on 6 foot high walls, 12 feet and 11 feet apart. In order to jump the gaps, runners had to take two drops around a corner and go full gas in to a short run up. Performing plyos or strides over the gaps was incredibly risky, but also ensured the fastest time.
