❤ Hi my loves! Hope you're having a lovely Sunday! Today's video is something I've been wanting to do for a while and I plan to do more figure skating videos for beginners, things like crossovers, edges, etc. This video today is for people who want to start skating or have just started skating and have no clue what they should do on the ice :) I hope you guys enjoy this video and I can't wait to make more! 'Til next time, xoxo ❤ ❤ INSTAGRAM - http://instagram.com/sofa.bar ❤FACEBOOK PAGE - https://www.facebook.com/SoFitLikeaFigureSkater DISCLAIMER: Please consult your doctor or health care professional before starting this workout.
