Today was my first day spiking up to hurdle this year and it did not disappoint. There are many areas that I can and will grow and improve throughout the year but nonetheless, progress was made. More importantly, I am healthy and feeling better than ever in preparation for my first indoor meet in Boston Feb. 4th. This video is the second of what will be a series documenting my progression throughout the 2024 Olympic season and I’m honored that you found your way here.
