16K Views · 2 years ago
Today was my first day spiking up to hurdle this year and it did not disappoint. There are many areas that I can and will grow and improve throughout the year but nonetheless, progress was made. More importantly, I am healthy and feeling better than ever in preparation for my first indoor meet in Boston Feb. 4th. This video is the second of what will be a series documenting my progression throughout the 2024 Olympic season and I’m honored that you found your way here. If you havent yet definitly go check out episode one at this link. Follow along as I (Daniel Roberts USA 110 Hurdler) prepare for the best season of my life……so far This is such an exciting year for everyone in the track world but I can say one thing for sure… YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS THIS!!
