Today I decided to make a lacrosse documentary about the 2014 NCAA D1 Lacrosse Quarterfinal matchup between Albany and Notre Dame. This game was packed with storylines. Albany had the Thompson Trio (Lyle, Miles, and Ty) and Notre Dame had Matt Kavanaugh, Sergio Perkovic and their lockdown defense. Albany had never been to the final four, and Notre Dame had never won a championship. This lacrosse game lived up to the hype. Each team went on multiple runs and it was exciting to watch unfold.
