STOP LETTING YOUR KID’S SPORTS CAREER LIVE IN YOUR CAMERA ROLL Video

61 Views · 1 hour ago
Every weekend, parents are filming their kids competing in games, tournaments, showcases, meets and training sessions. But after the phone stops recording, where does all that content go? Too often, it stays buried in a camera roll. In this episode, we talk about why parents need to think beyond social media and start building a digital sports résumé for their athletes. Not just polished highlights, but full games, training, tournament footage, competitions, accomplishments and the development of the athlete over time. We also address the challenge many parents face with social media. Some don't feel comfortable putting their children all over public platforms, while others don't have the time or skills to compete with professionally produced highlight content. That doesn't mean the footage shouldn't have a home. A sports-specific platform gives athletes a place to organize their content and create a searchable, shareable sports profile that coaches, recruiters, scouts and evaluators can actually use.
