BC Denver continued to put its program and Colorado girls basketball on the national radar during the 2026 summer season, competing throughout the New Balance Lady P32 circuit and closing July at the Lady P32 National Championships in Chicago.
The Colorado-based program has been developing girls basketball players for 15 years, with more than 100 former players advancing to college basketball across the Division I, Division II, Division III, NAIA and junior college levels. BC Denver describes its approach as developing complete players through technical skill, basketball IQ, athletic performance and mental performance.
That development was on display during the 2026 circuit season. BC Denver fielded teams within the LP32 and E32 structure, including its 16U LP32 team, as the program competed against clubs from across the country.
The summer culminated in Chicago for the Lady P32 National Championships, held July 24-27. The event included 14U through 17U competition and brought more than 140 registered teams into the championship field.
BC Denver's performance in Chicago also generated attention from regional evaluators. Prep Girls Hoops published a July 29 feature specifically highlighting BC Denver players who made an impression during the Chicago event, following earlier coverage of prospects from the program throughout the spring and summer.
One of the younger prospects already generating attention around the program is 2031 Hally Heil. In coverage surrounding the launch of the Lady P32 league, NYG Hoops Report identified the 6-foot-1 wing/forward as an emerging BC Denver prospect, highlighting her ability to handle the basketball, attack and shoot from the perimeter despite her young age.
BC Denver's national schedule provides its players with more than competition. It puts Colorado prospects in environments where they can be evaluated alongside players from different regions while continuing the program's stated mission of preparing athletes for opportunities at the college level.
With established college alumni, prospects developing throughout its younger teams and continued participation on the New Balance platform, BC Denver remains a program worth following as another generation of Colorado talent moves through the pipeline.
