Always 100 didn't arrive in girls grassroots basketball when New Balance launched the Lady P32 circuit. The Fort Wayne, Indiana-based program has been developing players and producing Division I talent for years.

Founded by Fort Wayne native and former Wright State guard Vernard Hollins, Always 100 was built around year-round basketball development rather than simply assembling teams for the spring and summer. The organization combines training, camps, skill development and competitive travel basketball, creating a system that allows Indiana players to develop locally before competing on larger stages.

Now that stage includes New Balance Lady P32, giving Always 100 another national platform and introducing a new generation of players to a program with legitimate history behind it.

Always 100 Has Produced High-Level Girls Talent

One of the biggest names to come through the Always 100 girls program is Ayanna Patterson.

Before becoming a McDonald's All-American and one of the country's most coveted recruits, Patterson played with Always 100 Attack. Prep Girls Hoops identified her on the program's 17U roster while she was still a young prospect, already attracting nearly 50 Division I offers. Patterson eventually became one of Indiana's top players, earned McDonald's All-American honors and signed with UConn.

She wasn't the only Division I player to emerge from Always 100.

The program also featured RaShaya Kyle, the 6-foot-5 Marion standout who developed into a major recruit before playing at Purdue and Florida. Other Always 100 players from that era included Rylie Parker, who committed to Purdue Fort Wayne; Caily Bolser, who went to Toledo; Sydney Graber, who committed to Central Michigan; and Jaci Jones, who landed at Detroit Mercy.

That history is important when evaluating Always 100 today. This isn't simply an organization that secured a spot on a new circuit. There is already a track record of Indiana girls using the program to develop, gain exposure and move into college basketball.

Fort Wayne Remains the Foundation

Always 100's identity remains closely connected to Fort Wayne and the surrounding Indiana basketball community.

Hollins built the organization around development, and that remains a major part of its structure. Always 100 operates individual and small-group workouts, camps, clinics and basketball academies in addition to its travel teams.

That gives the program something increasingly valuable in grassroots basketball: continuity.

Players can enter the organization young, develop within its training system and progress toward higher levels of competition instead of simply joining a showcase team once recruiting begins.

For Always 100, the national circuit is the destination, not the entire development process.

New Balance Lady P32 Provides the Next Platform

The launch of New Balance Lady P32 in 2026 gave Always 100 another opportunity to put its players in front of national competition and college coaches.

The circuit entered a girls basketball landscape already occupied by Nike EYBL, Under Armour GUAA and adidas 3SSB, but New Balance has quickly worked to establish its own collection of programs and talent.

Always 100 fits naturally into that model because it already had the infrastructure and history before joining the circuit.

Its Lady P32 teams now give Indiana prospects a path from local development to national exposure without having to leave the Always 100 system. The organization also continues to operate teams at multiple levels, creating a pipeline beneath its top P32 roster.

That structure is what separates a sustainable grassroots program from a single successful team.

A New Chapter for an Established Indiana Program

Always 100's move onto the New Balance stage shouldn't be viewed as the beginning of the program's story.

It's the next chapter.

Years before Lady P32 existed, Always 100 was already developing Indiana girls, competing nationally and helping players reach Division I basketball. Patterson's rise from Always 100 to McDonald's All-American and UConn provides the most recognizable example, but the larger list of college players shows the program's impact goes deeper than one star.

Now Always 100 has a new platform for its next generation.

New Balance Lady P32 brings the national schedule and visibility. Always 100 brings the Fort Wayne roots, development structure and history of producing college players.

For one of Indiana's established girls grassroots programs, the goal now is turning that combination into its next wave of high-level talent.
